Orders & Customisation

Do you take custom orders? Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces. Our custom felt name garlands are a customer favorite. Please contact us or message us on social media to discuss specific colours or designs.

How long will it take to receive my order? Because our items are handmade with care, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. Custom orders may take slightly longer—we will always provide you with an estimated timeframe when you place your order.

Product & Care

What materials do you use? We primarily use high-quality felt, glitter felt and silk thread. Our materials are chosen for their soft texture and durability, making them perfect for nursery decor and home accents.

How do I clean my felt ornaments? Felt is a delicate material. We recommend a gentle spot clean with a damp cloth if needed. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can cause the wool or synthetic fibers to pill or lose shape.

Is the glitter on the "Glitter Felt Hearts" messy? No! We use high-quality glitter felt where the sparkle is embedded into the material, so you get all the shine without the glitter shedding on your floors or furniture.

Shipping (New Zealand & International)

Where do you ship from? All orders are handmade and shipped from our studio in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship primarily within New Zealand. If you are located elsewhere and have fallen in love with a piece, please get in touch for a custom shipping quote.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days. Please note that customised or personalised items (like name garlands) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
